TAKE IT FROM ME…

 I was in the thick of my first year of motherhood trying to balance everything. I was eating frozen pizzas for dinners, sugary chai lattes for lunch, and I realized that this was affecting my overall health both physically and emotionally. 

It hit me: I knew I needed to change. Not only for me, but for my daughter. I didn’t want her to grow up learning the same bad habits I was doing myself. I wanted to give her the tools she needed to understand nutrition and healthy food. I grabbed my computer, did some research and found a school that teaches all of that, so I enrolled and became a student at night.

One year later, I became a certified integrative nutrition health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and I have helped other women learn how to shift their own families nutrition ever since.

Before you picture a perfect life where nothing goes wrong, I feel like I have to tell you this: We are not perfect. And you don’t have to be either. But that’s the beauty of this.

Eating healthy isn’t about perfection. You do not have to be deprived in order to live a healthier lifestyle… You can still eat french fries!

Q: I’ve never taken an online course before, what will that be like?

This course is set up to give you the foundation of real food and healthy eating. We will discuss cooking as it pertains to real food, but this is not a cooking course specifically. I do share some simple cooking methods for real food ingredients through PDF guides, and instructions in lessons.
