Healthy Salad Dressing

Have you ever wondered how you could make your favorite salad dressings in a healthy, more affordable version? This post shares 6 healthy salad dressing recipes that are packed full of nutrition and easy to make!

As a mama, I read a lot of food package labels. And most of the time after reading the ingredients on a label, I tend to put it back on the shelf. There are so many food products that are full of unwanted preservatives, excess salt and TONS of sugar – especially salad dressings!

Have you ever looked at the ingredients of store-bought salad dressings? It’s kinda scary when you do. There are so many names I can’t even pronounce – it just doesn’t seem right to feed those to my family.

Well luckily, there is a much healthier alternative that also costs less… you can make your own homemade healthy salad dressing recipes!

These salad dressing recipes are so simple and easy to make. If you make them at home, you can control the quantity, which means you’ll have less clutter taking up space in the fridge. Once you try a few of these recipes you’ll quickly learn which ones are your favorites and what dishes you’d like to pair them with.

These recipes aren’t just great for salads! You can use them in quinoa bowls, on top of roasted veggies, pasta dishes, or even as a marinade on fish or chicken!

All of these dressings are made with whole natural ingredients that you’ll feel good about sharing with your family. Each recipe makes about 1 ½ cups, which is the perfect size to store in 8 oz mason jars (you can grab some here).
