Recipe ingredients on counter including box of stove top stuffing, bowl of mashed potatoes, bowl of turkey, bowl of shredded cheese, bowl of mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and dried cranberries.

Recipe Ingredients

TURKEY: Use up leftovers from a roasted turkey or bake and chop up a turkey breast. Chicken from breast or store-bought rotisserie chicken will also work.

POTATOES: Use leftover mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes or store-bought instant mashed potatoes. Potatoes are mixed with shredded mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise for added flavor!

CRANBERRY SAUCE: I used canned cranberry sauce for this recipe, but you can also use leftover homemade cranberry sauce. This is combined with mayonnaise to create a creamy pink sauce.

STUFFING: Feel free to use up homemade stuffing if you have it. If not, a box of stovetop stuffing is affordable and will work perfectly! You can use the turkey or chicken flavor.
