Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Add the frozen fish sticks to the air fryer basket in a single layer (careful as the basket will be hot!) Lightly spray the tops with a small amount of cooking spray. Turn timer to cook for 10 minutes and close the lid.
Flip the fish sticks at 5 minutes (halfway through). Lightly spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.Carefully remove from the air fryer (the sides will be hot), serve and enjoy!

These are added to the air fryer while frozen. If you’re using thawed fish sticks you will need to reduce the cooking time to about half.
