Recipe Notes:
This recipe is easy to adapt. Any ground meat will work including ground chicken, turkey or beef. You can use cheddar cheese or marble cheese instead of mozzarella. Add different veggies like tomatoes, onions and asparagus. Basically, you can use this recipe as a guide but create your own unique variation.
Use a large non-stick frying pan for easy cooking and stirring.
Mix ingredients well for even flavor.
Top the quiche with your favorite sauce! Salsa, hot sauce, barbecue sauce or ketchup would all be great options.
Follow the pie crust instructions on the package. If it requires baking before adding the filling, then do this first.
